Agent brief
Also written: brief for an agent, boundaries, stop and ask
The written instructions you give an agent, in six parts: goal, inputs and tools, method, boundaries (what it must never do, such as buy, send, delete or sign up), stop and ask (when to pause and check with you), and done means. It must cover what happens when things go off-plan, because the agent may take 50 steps before you look again.
