Refund Policy

We want every FiftyPage book to be worth it. You can read Chapter 1 of any book free before you buy. If a purchase still isn't right for you, here's how refunds work.

14-day money-back guarantee

You can get a full refund for any book, learning path or bundle within 14 days of buying it, for any reason. Email hello@fiftypage.com from the address on your FiftyPage account, and tell us what you'd like refunded. You don't have to explain why, though we'd love to know so we can make the books better.

Mistakes are always refunded

If you were charged twice, bought something you already owned, or were charged by mistake, we'll refund it, even after 14 days.

After 14 days

After 14 days, purchases generally can't be refunded. If something is wrong with a book, for example it doesn't load or doesn't match its description, write to us. We'll fix it or make it right.

How refunds work

• Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe. They usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
• When a purchase is refunded, your access to it ends. That includes the web edition, quizzes, flashcards, practice and PDF downloads. Please delete any PDFs you downloaded. Your learning progress stays in your account in case you buy again.
• We may decline refund requests that look like abuse, such as repeatedly buying and refunding.

Please contact us before a chargeback

If something is wrong, email us first. A refund from us is faster than a bank dispute, and during a dispute we may have to pause your access.
