Green, yellow and red information

A three-color way to sort information by how sensitive it is before putting it into an AI tool. Green is public or non-private and can go into any assistant, yellow is internal business information for an approved work assistant only, and red is personal or highly sensitive and should go nowhere unless workplace rules allow it in an approved tool (anonymize it first).
