CSV (comma-separated values)

Also written: CSV, roads.csv, batches.csv

A plain text file with one record per line and values separated by commas, such as `Roastery,Burnside,6`. In Python it can be read line by line with `open`, then `strip()` and `split(",")` to get the values.
