HTTP status codes

Also written: status code, 200, 409, 500

The number a web server returns for each request: 200 OK (it worked, so an attack line with 200 succeeded), 409 Conflict (how refund-api.py refuses a replay), and 500 Internal Server Error (a crash; bursts can mean someone is probing for injection).
