Compiler flags (-Wall -Wextra, -std=c17, -o, -c, -g)

Also written: -Wall, -Wextra, -std=c17, C17, C23, -o, -c, -g, compile only, debug information

Options given to gcc or clang. `-Wall -Wextra` turn on warnings, `-std=c17` picks the C17 language version (C23, from 2024, is the newest), `-o name` names the output file, `-c` compiles to an object file without linking, and `-g` adds debug information for gdb and lldb.
