HTTP status codes

Also written: 200, 401, 403, 404, 429, 503, 5xx, 3xx, 429 Too Many Requests, 503 Service Unavailable

Three-digit replies that say how a request went: 200 OK, 3xx redirect, 401 Unauthorized (bad login), 403 Forbidden (not allowed), 404 Not Found, 429 Too Many Requests (limit reached, as with `--max` or the login limiter), 503 Service Unavailable (such as `/health` when the database is down), and 5xx for server faults.
