Permission mode

Also written: permission modes, acceptEdits, bypassPermissions, auto mode

A Claude Code setting that decides what the agent may do without asking: `default` (Manual) asks for edits and almost every command, `acceptEdits` also allows file edits and simple file commands in your project, `plan` only reads, `auto` runs everything with a background safety check, and `bypassPermissions` runs everything unchecked (only for a throwaway container). Shift+Tab cycles through default, acceptEdits and plan.
