Non-maximum suppression (NMS)

Also written: NMS, nms, NMS-free

A cleanup step that keeps the highest-scoring box and deletes remaining boxes whose IoU with it is above a threshold, since they are probably duplicates of the same object. Without it you would count one bag several times.
