docker build

Also written: -t, --tag, -f, --pull, --no-cache

Builds an image by following a Dockerfile. `-t` names the image, `-f` picks a different Dockerfile, the final `.` is the build context, `--no-cache` ignores the build cache and `--pull` checks for a newer base image.
