End-of-sequence (EOS) token

Also written: EOS token, EOS, <|im_end|>

The special token a model writes to end its turn; it is `<|im_end|>` for SmolLM2. Training text must include it so the tuned model learns to stop instead of running on to `max_new_tokens`.
