docker run

Also written: --rm, -d, --name, -p, -e, -v, --entrypoint

Starts a container from an image. `-d` runs it in the background, `--rm` removes it when it stops, `--name` names it, `-p` publishes a port, `-e` sets an environment variable and `-v` mounts a volume.
