-fuzz / -fuzztime

Also written: -fuzz=FuzzParseLine, -fuzztime=10s

`go test -fuzz=Name` starts fuzzing one fuzz test, and `-fuzztime` stops it after a set time if nothing fails. Without `-fuzztime` it runs until it finds a failure or you press Ctrl+C.
