Format string

Also written: formatted, String.format, placeholders, %s, %d, %.2f, width

Text with placeholders such as `%s`, `%d` and `%.2f` that `formatted` fills in with values. A number after the `%` sets a width to line up columns, and a minus sign pads on the right instead.
