Dependent variable

Also written: $(NAME)

An environment variable whose value includes another variable defined earlier in the same container's `env` list, written `$(NAME)`. Kubernetes fills in the earlier value, so `SIGNATURE: "Sam, $(TEAM) team"` becomes `Sam, wholesale team`, and a database URL can be built from `$(DB_PASSWORD)`.
