Probe timing settings

Also written: periodSeconds, initialDelaySeconds, timeoutSeconds, failureThreshold

Settings that control a probe: `periodSeconds` is how often it runs, `initialDelaySeconds` the wait before the first check, `timeoutSeconds` how slow an answer may be, and `failureThreshold` how many fails in a row count as failing.
