BaseEstimator / TransformerMixin

Also written: BaseEstimator, TransformerMixin

scikit-learn classes you inherit from when writing a custom step. BaseEstimator gives `get_params`/`set_params` so `clone` can copy the step, and TransformerMixin gives `fit_transform`.
