SHAP values

Also written: SHAP, SHapley Additive exPlanations, TreeExplainer

Each feature's contribution to one prediction, from game theory's fair credit sharing. They add up (with the base value) to the model's output in log-odds, and `TreeExplainer` computes them quickly for tree models.
