HTTP status codes

Numbers an API returns to say how a request went. In general 2xx means success, 4xx a mistake by the caller and 5xx a server fault; for example, FastAPI returns 422 when the JSON is valid but its content breaks the schema, with a `loc` field naming the offending field.
