Severity level

Also written: SEV1, SEV2, SEV3, severity

A label saying how bad an incident is so everyone knows how hard to respond: SEV1 means nobody can order, SEV2 means many customers are affected and SEV3 means small impact. Alerts also carry a `severity` label such as page or ticket.
