f-string format specifiers

Also written: f-string, :,.0f, :+.1f, :.0%

Codes after a colon inside an f-string that control how a value prints. For example `:,.0f` gives whole numbers with commas, `:+.1f` always shows a sign, and `:.0%` multiplies by 100 and adds a percent sign.
