Buffers (EXPLAIN BUFFERS)

Also written: BUFFERS, shared hit, shared read

An EXPLAIN option that shows how many pages came from Postgres's memory cache (`hit`) and how many had to be fetched (`read`). Since PostgreSQL 18, EXPLAIN ANALYZE shows it by default.
