BRPOP

Also written: brPop, BLMOVE, LMOVE

A blocking pop: it removes the rightmost item of a list, or waits up to a timeout for one to arrive. Workers use it to take jobs from a queue. `LMOVE` and `BLMOVE` instead move the job to a processing list so a crash doesn't lose it.
