Redis URL

Also written: REDIS_URL, redis://, rediss://

An address naming the Redis host, port and optionally user, password and database, such as `redis://api:pass@host:6379/0`. A `rediss://` URL turns on TLS; keep it in the `REDIS_URL` environment variable, not in code.
