get_prediction

Also written: summary_frame, predict, get_prediction().summary_frame()

Statsmodels methods for predicting on new rows. `.predict()` returns plain predictions; `.get_prediction(new).summary_frame(alpha=0.05)` adds confidence and prediction intervals.
