drop-in file

Also written: /etc/ssh/sshd_config.d/

An extra settings file in /etc/ssh/sshd_config.d/ that sshd reads before the rest of the main sshd_config. sshd uses the first value it finds, so a cloud image's drop-in file can quietly turn password logins back on.
