NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF)

Also written: NIST CSF, CSF 2.0

A free, voluntary NIST framework for organizing security. Version 2.0 has six functions: Govern, Identify, Protect, Detect, Respond and Recover. It is used worldwide, but as a US government publication it counts as region-specific by default; Kettle & Crane uses it to organize its security plan.
