ECC (elliptic curve cryptography)

Also written: ECC, elliptic curve, P-256

Asymmetric cryptography based on elliptic curve math, giving the same strength as RSA with much smaller keys; the shop's P-256 key is ECC. It is quantum-vulnerable.
