RADIUS accounting record

Also written: Acct-Status-Type, Acct-Session-Id, Acct-Session-Time, Acct-Input-Octets, Acct-Output-Octets, Calling-Station-Id, Framed-IP-Address, octets

A Start, Stop or Interim-Update record for a session, giving the user, where they connected from, how long the session lasted and the bytes (octets) moved. 'Output' means sent to the user, from the server's point of view.
