Oregon Consumer Privacy Act (OCPA)

Oregon's comprehensive privacy law, in effect since July 2024. It applies to organizations handling the data of at least 100,000 Oregon consumers a year, or 25,000 if more than a quarter of their revenue comes from selling personal data, so it doesn't yet apply to Kettle & Crane.
