TLS (Transport Layer Security)

The protocol that encrypts web traffic, the "s" in https. Kettle & Crane allows only TLS 1.2 (RFC 5246) and 1.3 (RFC 8446), since RFC 8996 retired versions 1.0 and 1.1.
