RMM (remote monitoring and management)

Also written: RMM, RMM tool, RMM agent, remote support tool, ScreenConnect, AnyDesk

Legitimate software, used by MSPs and support desks, that gives full control of computers from one console through a small agent on each machine. Because it is signed and trusted, attackers abuse it, as in the Kaseya attack and the MSP alert at Kettle & Crane.
