Host addresses (127.0.0.1, 0.0.0.0)

Also written: 127.0.0.1, 0.0.0.0, localhost

Special listening addresses: 127.0.0.1 (localhost) means 'this machine only', while 0.0.0.0 means 'every network this machine has'. A service bound to 0.0.0.0 can be reached by anyone who can reach the machine, which can expose an admin page meant only for local use.
