Semantic VAD

Also written: semantic_vad, eagerness

Deciding from the words, not just silence, whether the caller has finished. "My number is five oh three..." isn't finished, but "Thanks, bye" is. The Realtime API's plain alternative is `server_vad`, based on silence.
