Base62

Also written: base62, divmod

Writing numbers with 62 symbols (0-9, a-z, A-Z) instead of 10, so codes stay short. The shortener builds it with Python's `divmod(a, b)`, which returns the whole-number result and the remainder at once (`divmod(17, 5)` is `(3, 2)`).
