Multi-cursor editing

Also written: Ctrl+D, Alt+Click

A VS Code feature for changing several copies of text at once: Ctrl+D (Cmd+D on a Mac) selects the next match, and Alt+Click adds a cursor where you click. It's a quick way to edit repeated class lists.
