Placing new customers into an existing clustering by calling `predict` after `prep.transform` (never `fit_transform`, which would change the scale). Only k-means, Gaussian mixtures and UMAP can do this; hierarchical clustering, DBSCAN, HDBSCAN and t-SNE cannot.
