Local Outlier Factor (LOF)

Also written: LOF, LocalOutlierFactor

Anomaly detection that compares a row's local density with its neighbors' densities: a row in a sparse spot among dense neighbors gets a high factor, and about 1 is normal. It uses distances, so scale first.
