Block Public Access

Also written: aws_s3_bucket_public_access_block, Public Access block

An AWS S3 setting that overrides public ACLs and policies so a bucket can't be made public. AWS has turned it on for every new bucket since April 2023, and in the backup account's Terraform file all four of its options were set to false.
